I conduct health seminars/courses; Food Preparations/Cooking Sessions in Holistic Nutrition and personalized diet/menu planning catering for individuals with different needs and health conditions, focusing on natural whole food and supplements. Being the first and only Singaporean Certified as a Natural Health Professional (CNHP - USA), I hold a degree in Doctor of Naturopathy (N.D.) and Bachelor of Science in Holistic Nutrition (Highest Honors). I am currently earnestly perusing my studies in Master Herbalist. I am also invited as a Nutritionist Guest Speaker for Singapore Press Holding (SPH).
