| Introduction | I grew up in a city at a time when 1 person was getting raped or bruttally beaten every 12 hours. I have a degree in both English literature and anthropology (I believe this should have lead me to write Jurasicic Park however this was not the case). I should have been a chef, I have a natural affinity for flavour and cooking remains one of my true passions. I teach target archery, for those who shoot they know why we do it, for those who don't believe me when I say there is something zen like in archery, that and it is just great fun sticking arrows in shit. |
