| Introduction | Welcome to my blogspot! My name is Lauren Owsley and I am currently a student at the University of Tennessee Majoring in Psychology. I am also getting a minor in Elementary Education with my placement in the Urban/Multicultural Cohort. I was so excited to be placed in this cohort because my passion has always been to make a difference in the urban environment, where I attended school, and found that inequalities can affect student performance.
