Introduction	I am 23, studying a Tourism Management degree and have serious demons to battle. I first started a 'slow and steady' weight loss strategy 6 months ago and with the best intentions and enthusiasm not a lot has changed. I am going travelling in Europe at the end of June so my mission is to get rid of the bulk of my flab by then...preferably 2 stone lighter and in the 10 stone category. My ultimate goal is 9 stone 7lb, which I am aiming for by Christmas this year. I really enjoy health and fitness despite my demons, and have joined Weight Watchers in a bid to get slimmer, fitter, healthier, sexier and ultimately happier. There is no doubt this battle will be a long and emotional one, but it is one which must be fought.
