| Introduction | I'm Associate Professor of Philosophy at Cal Poly Pomona (a campus of the California State University system). I've been teaching philosophy more or less constantly for about ten years and believe that the best way to improve teaching is sustained discussion among philosophy teachers. On the scholarly side, I work in ethics, and in particular on punishment, suicide, Kant's ethics, and moral psychology. |
