Introduction	Al DeRemigis is currently President of DeRemigis & Associates, Inc. and is an independent consultant and trainer to the insurance industry. With over 29 years in the financial services industry as both a successful producer and manager he derives his greatest satisfaction by helping others succeed in the insurance business. Al started his career in financial services in 1984 first in mutual funds and variable annuities and then became a stockbroker. Disliking the transactional nature of equity and debt products he migrated to the insurance side of the house where he cultivated clients through relationship and needs based planning and selling. In 1991 he devoted his entire practice to advising his clients through insurance and financial planning. Having succeeded as a producer Al moved into sales management where he could recruit and teach others to replicate his success. Ultimately, in 1998 he started his own marketing organization: Insurance & Financial Marketing Solutions.
