| Introduction | I am a working mom, tackling a busy software job and also taking care of my 17 month old baby boy Aarav. Aarav has recently been diagnosed with severe to profound sensorineural hearing impairment in both ears. In layman terms, God set his ear volumes to be able to hear jet engines and sonic booms only... Kaustubh (My Hubby) and I, we want Aarav to be able to hear even a pin drop :) Literally!! The journey to hearing will now begin with a Cochlear implant surgery... This blog is to share and learn as we go ahead on this path... |
