| Introduction | I’m a first generation Canadian. Born in England, I came to this country as a nine-year-old, after living in Scotland, Ireland and Malta. A small report written by a distant second cousin sparked my interest in genealogy back in 1981. I was thrilled a couple of years later when I held the original church register where I found the hand-written entry recording the 1825 baptism of my great great grandfather, Samuel Brand. I’ve been hooked ever since. |
