| Introduction | Hello! I work for an online school in Ohio as the head of the English Learner department. Right now, I'm leading a group of other educators as we explore teaching academic vocabulary in all classrooms, Universal Design for Learning, and a variety of new technologies. I will use this blog to chronicle my efforts, learning, and thoughts during our exploration. Philosophically, I think it's important to incorporate humor and a little silliness in life. I enjoy laughter, as it can make happy occasions happier and tragic occasions a little more bearable. I believe that we can all accomplish more while having a little fun. |
