Introduction I come from a small, very small, town in West Virginia. I grew up playing in the mountains, but I don't hunt. I love mixed martial arts, but I don't care for sports. Reading is a something I do quite often, and it usually has to do with Zen or something of that nature. I like to avoid conflicts if at all possible. Life is constantly moving forward so I try to remain as aware as I can while I'm alive. I often fail at doing this. Having fun is great. I like to travel with my wife to islands and cool stuff like that. But I have grown an appreciation for "work" over the years. That was something that took me a long time. I try to practice zazen at least once or twice a day for 20-30 minutes. Other than this, I guess it's the norm.
