Introduction	Willie Starks (born February 14, 1949) lives in St. Louis, Missouri and is an ordained minister. After hearing God telling me to teach at the age of twelve, I have been teaching spiritual and biblical classes. I have an Associate Degree of Bible Subjects from International Bible College and a Master of Divinity Degree from University of Metaphysical Sciences.
