Introduction	I'm a wife to "Hubby" and a SAHM to Ella, our food allergic toddler. Prior to learning of our daughter's allergies and subsequently, my food sensitivities, I considered myself to be an average cook. I could follow a recipe and deliver a fairly tasty meal without setting off the smoke detector 95% of the time. Now that I'm faced with the challenge of so many dietary restrictions, I've learned to experiment and deviate from the cook book a bit. This blog serves as my virtual cook book, thought collector & sounding board.
