| Introduction | I'm a military wife and mother to two beautiful girls of 6 and 4 years old. I became paleo recently and I have to say that I love it, I feel good. I lost some weight and found some muscles I never knew I had without going to the gym. I love to eat healthy but I'm also a baker and a cake designer so I have a sort of a sweet tooth! The only problem is the strong craving for sweets... So I decided to use my baking skills to create dessert recipes that are paleo friendly, healthy and delicious! |
