Introduction	Active all our lives in various sports being in shape was never a worry for us. Then college and life happened, and we slowly found ourselves adding the pounds on. For many years we lived with it, until the summer of 2014 when we decided we were going to make a change. Our journeys have been long, hard and frustrating at times but luckily we have each other. By no means are we doctors, although we have worked closely with both of ours. We are just sharing what worked and what did not work for us, we can't guarantee any results. Now down a collective 120 pounds we get asked what our tips and tricks are so we thought we would share them. We would love to walk along side anyone who is currently on their own journey.
