Introduction	Having grown up in the Canary Islands, Austria, Germany and the U.S., I'm accustomed to living in, though between, cultures. It's been a fascinating perspective, one that permeates my work. I write mostly literary fiction, some contemporary, screenplays and plays. I write about the interaction between people: that usually forms the plot. If I'm intrigued and excited about a story, others will be too. I write about characters in unique situations which lead to a mulitude of themes, subtexts, places in the world, unexpected scenarios, and, yes, even THAT - that which you didn't want to have happen but must... The writers' group I belong to, Woodwords, has taught me so very much, including how to give a proper critique, which is invaluable.
