Introduction	Wife to the greatest husband in the world, mother of 3, stepmother of 4, grandmother of 13. I love to work with most textiles, meeting with a group that makes prayer quilts each Wednesday, teach knitting classes whenever I can, design when I have time. I currently live on beautiful Lake Norman in North Carolina, but my family is exploring the possibility of relocating to the area near Raleigh in 2012. The only child we have left at home is now 16, a junior in HS and he loves to play soccer on his high school team. He keeps us busy with soccer, piano, and keeping up with his friends. He loves all his big brothers and 1 big sister of whom none live near enough to see every day. The sibling closest to his age is still 20 years his senior. We like to think our 'family tree' looks like a rose bush!

Favorite books	My new favorite author is Karen Kingsbury who writes Christian fiction. I can't put her books down until I've read through every word!
