| Introduction | Things about me: * I am the mother of two boys, ten years apart. When I am dead and gone, my boys will remember these three things about me: 1) I loved to sing, 2) I loved a good story, 3) and I was a lousy house keeper. * I live in Iowa, which means I accept the penalty of grey winter days in exchange for the privilege of enjoying glorious seasonal changes. * I am apt to break out in song at any given moment. * I need my privacy. * My greatest heart's desire (lately) is to travel. * Whatever I choose to do, I do compulsively. * I love to try new things, but before I do, I research the subject thoroughly (another compulsion?). * I choose drama over comedy any day of the week. * I prefer my beverages either caffeinated or alcoholic....preferably both. * I am currently unemployed, which I would love to death if the pay wasn't so bad. * I am slowly nurturing my photography business. Hopefully some day I'll be able to make a living by it. |
