| Interests | Over 6 years ago Joe started on a journey researching the entire spectrum of Organic foods, meat/dairy, factory farms, plant based foods, Herbalism, and holistic approaches to health.The need for information and self experience set him on a course that would bring his travels from Bucks County PA, to Phoenix AZ. Joe currently resides in beautiful Oakland, CA where he is finishing his education as a Practitioner in the art of Ayurveda at the Kerala Ayurveda Academy, as well as his Massage Therapist/Health Educator Certification at the National Holistic Institute.From loss to gains, to a true sense of self, Joe eventually embarked upon the vegan lifestyle not only for health benefits, but for sustainability of the Earth and all those who dwell within.With a firm belief backed by vast amounts of research, it is true that we can do better without the use of many animal products as we know today.From an unhealthy lifestyle to a spiritual sense of self, he will forever keep this amazing journey growing stronger everyday.Joe is the current owner of Ayurvegan, a blooming business based on the WHOLE approach to wellness using Ayurveda and other nature based approaches to health.He has been awarded Certifications as an Ayurveda Wellness Counselor, Reiki Master, Herbalist, and the use of other works such as Tuning fork, Sound and Crystal Therapy.This blog exists as an information gateway that will bring positivity to EVERYONE. |
