Introduction	Neerja Malik revels in Positivity and lives to pass on this attitude to all sections of society. She talks of her personal experiences where being positive has helped her Face, not Fight, the hurdles in her life including many miscarriages, a still born, many surgeries, cancer twice and septicemia in early 2018. She calls herself a conqueror and started the Apollo Cancer Support Group on the 8th of March, 2004 and inaugurated the Pollachi Cancer Support Group on the 2nd of February, 2018.She is available 24x7 as a pillar of strength to countless traumatized and distraught people. Apart from being a Cancer Conqueror and Counsellor she is also an Inspirational Speaker and has addressed many Schools, Colleges, Universities, Hospitals, Corporates, NGOs, Clubs and recently addressed the gathering at the LokSabha Secretariat regarding her work as part of a Breast Cancer Awareness Program. She is author of a book titled ”I Inspire" which narrates the moving story of her life and documents the ten treasures she has discovered along her journey. Neerja has received many awards for spreading cancer awareness. Her videos on YouTube include her TEDx talks and “Be like Neerja.”
