Introduction	There are a few things I am passionate about. My family (husband and 3 sons), reading, travelling, fitness, nutrition and FOOD. I have my BS in Holistic Nutrition Consulting and am certified Personal trainer, group fitness and Zumba instructor and Yoga certified. I love my job(s). I want to share my passion of healthy living and eating. Healthy living goes far beyond the physical aspect (though exercise and nutrition is SO important) it involves emotional, mental, and spiritual well-being. This has been an amazing journey I want to share. Please come along...it'll be worth it.
