| Introduction | The Informal Network of South-East European Cultural Portals was founded in 2006 by SEECult (Serbia); Culturenet, Kulturpunkt, Culturelink, Knjiga.hr (Croatia); Artservis, Evrokultura, Radio Student (Slovenia); Culture.in.mk (Macedonia); Bosniaexpress (Bosnia and Hercegovina). inSEEcp is a result of the first regional workshop of cultural portals in 2006, which is the first initiative of that kind in the region. Regarding the importance of digital culture and our common problems, as well as fast development of web technology generally, our network is needed for improving our professional and technical skills by exchanging information and experiences, as well as because of our aim to support and promote quality culture production and also to bring new audience to our respective portals. |
