| Introduction | My name is Trina. I have been married for over 14 years. I have two kids. Daughter that is 12 and a son that is 10. We found out my daughter had food allergies when she was about 4 years old. After testing we found out she was allergic to: all nuts, raw eggs, bell peppers, red apples, and some beef. We had to take her off of milk and milk products when she was in the 2nd grade due to her asthma. After complaining about a constant stomach ache our Pediatrician suggested more allergy testing. We can now add malt (barley),corn, beef, pork, egg yolks, bakers yeast, rye, chocolate, oats, rice, and gluten to her growing list of allergies. I will try to put a note on the bottom of the recipe if I change the recipe for her. Most of these recipes I grew up on and others I have collected over the years. I hope you enjoy them as we have over the years. |
