| Introduction | Teaching is a lifetime passion for me. Education can change lives. In my early teaching career I used to think that I needed to be the expert. I tried very hard to give everything I think the students need in lectures and tutorials but the students did not excel. Eventually after observing my students year in year out and talking to industry. I honed my style to focus on the student's actual learning. My favourite method now is to empower the students to learn. To show them how natural it is to them and to inspire and excite them about knowledge and its many applications. On my research I love to find new alternative energies hence my work revolves around DSSCs, and Biofuels. My publications are all listed in google scholar. Look me up. |

Please describe how you could take the peel off an apple all in one go:
First you take the knife and slowly peel off the top and gently slide the knife under the apple skin. Going round the top then angle is gently down to peel layer by layer and in the end you form a spiral of apple skin. I still haven't perfected this.
