| Introduction | First off, I'm no writer. I created this site to document all the bikes I've built, sold and collected. The obsession started a few years ago in 2008 in earnest. I've ridden bikes all my life, not professionally mind you, but for fun and transportation. I don't have pics of my first bikes. Wish I had documented the those for posterity. The first was a black huffy dirt bike looking fat tired bike. That was in the mid 70's. I got it for christmas, so I think there's probably a picture somewhere in a box. The second and third were vintage lightweights handed down by my uncles. A gold Chiorda and a yellow Concorde I wish I had them both now. Rode those through high school before I got my drivers license and rode the Concorde in college at NC State before I transitioned to mountain biking. Now that is where my picture archive begins. So, on to the first one....or the fourth in my extended bike family tree. |
