IntroductionI am first and foremost a child of God and I try to remember that every minute of every day. I have been married for 25 years to a wonderful guy that I met in high school (he dated my sister first!) We have four sons: Matt is 22, Sam is 20, Zac is 18 and Rick is 16. I have loved watching all their sports, music and other activities over the years, and now with 3 in college it's really weird having only one left at home. I'm enjoying the one-on-one time we have with Rick and at the same time I miss the other boys a lot and look forward to the times they come home to visit. I love the BEACH, reading, the Mariners, Huskies and Seahawks and I would be content if the only thing on TV was sports. I am amazed every day at the love and mercy that my wonderful Savior has given me and the life more abundant that He lets me live!

When you open your eyes underwater, do you ever worry that you'll drown?

Nope. I love to swim and snorkel...in warm water when we're on vacation! I'm afraid of diving, though, probably because I'm claustrophobic.
