Introduction I'm the mother of nine children. I have published one book, WHEN THE APPLE FALLS which has won four awards. Including being named one of the top three books in the NEXT GENERATION INDIE BOOK AWARDS, a finalist in the NATIONAL BEST BOOK AWARDS and garnering a gold medal in the MOM'S CHOICE AWARDS. The focus of WHEN THE APPLE FALLS is family and I am very proud and honored that these award programs have recognized the beauty in that story. I just completed my second and third novels. My second novel is called ANOTHER VIEW and is in the Women's Lit category like my first novel. My third is called UPLANDERS and is the first book in a fantastic Y/A series I have planned. Publication is still pending on both ANOTHER VIEW and UPLANDERS. Even though all three of my novels so far are very different from each other they all are written from my unique perspective and with my goal as a writer in mind--I love to take a reader on a journey that leaves them wondering what happened to them by the end of it! I hope I will be able to share my newest works with you soon. Stay tuned . . . they are coming!
Interests Writing, walking, gardening, shopping, long bike rides.
Favorite Movies It takes a lot to become one of my favorite movies. I'll have to think about that one a little and get back to you.
Favorite Music Religious, inspirational, classic, and country.
Favorite Books One of the books that changed my life was the book Crime and Punishment by Dostoyevsky. His brilliant story-telling methods and arguments convinced me how dangerous some thoughts can be if we allow them to breed within us. I realized that what we do with our thoughts determine what we will become.

Which is more important to you and why: flexibility or expandability?

Expandanbility is more important because in my mental rolodex of personal definitions expandability means that you can go outside yourself into new boarders and climbs. To me expandability encompasses flexibility but it is not so the other way around.
