| Introduction | The Shaped by God Diocesan initiative committed parishes and benefices around the Diocese to moving towards a situation where the basic organisational unit for mission is that of a Mission Partnership. A Mission Partnership is defined as: ‘An alliance of local churches working together across traditional boundaries, sharing gifts, resources and ministries in the service of God’s mission.’ After careful thought and prayer 7 churches decided to form The Southern Edge Mission Partnership. |
