Introduction	I am a wife, a mother of four, and an athlete. With each of my pregnancies I battled extreme sickness and weight gain and I felt out of control with what was happening to my body. After each of the births of my four kids, I was left with a body I did not recognize. I found a love of fitness that gave me the strength to get into the best shape of my life. I run, lift, and train to be a better wife, a better mother, a better me.
