Occupation English Teacher
Introduction About seven years ago, I left the practice of law and embarked upon my second career and what I believed might be my calling: teaching English to speakers of other languages. I was told I was nuts by some and yet revered by others. Regardless of what anyone thought, the change was not easy. However, along the way, I have wholeheartedly realized that helping others to improve their English skills is my calling and that this is where I thrive. Had I not made that change, I would never be embarking upon this adventure nor blogging about living and teaching in Abu Dhabi. In short, I am a firm believer in advocating to young people that they must follow their hearts when selecting a given vocation; and, moreover, to fellow friends and adults, that it is NEVER to late to make a change, challenge yourself, or just simply stated, to follow your heart.
