| Introduction | I am a 33 yr. wife and mother of two. My girls are 5 and 1 1/2. I am also going back to school to become a nurse, right now I am a Licensed Massage Therapist and I work out of my home. I love the health industry and helping people feel better. I feel that as a Massage Therapist my health should be optimum so my clients can see how a healthy lifestyle can enhance life. I have been struggling with weight for several years but, when my youngest daughter was born early I gained a LOT of weight and have not been very successful at losing it. I'm currently in a program called Get Fit 4 Christ and I feel that with God's help and the help of my coach and fellow participants that I will be successful with in this! |
