Introduction	I am dedicated to working with students with disabilities. I have taught students from preschool to grade 12+ with a variety of disabilities. Every student is unique and learns differently, so it is important to teach the individual. As you teach to the individual, you are able to build a positive rapport and demonstrate true care. I have found that students are best able to learn through a positive student-teacher relationship. I work tirelessly to improve my teaching strategies and create multi-sensory lessons that engage my students. In addition, I continually seek opportunities for professional growth and development; I believe teachers should never stop pursuing knowledge.
