| Introduction | I'm a born and raised North Carolinian, and live in the east-central part of the state. My average, but deviously ambitious family includes my one lovely wife , my one darling son (8 yrs. old), and (most ambitious of all) a no-doubt mean little girl born in October (surprise, surprise!). I have completed seven years of teaching high school English. I spent my first five years of teaching at a small rural school, and am now teach at a much bigger school in a bedroom community several miles outside of Raleigh. |
| Interests | Any good reading, sports, anything Southern,teaching, Ric Flair Flannery O'Connor, Shakespeare, Beethoven, Brahms, European and American history, most anything British or Italian, NC State Athletics |
| Favorite movies | They change too often to list them with any certainty. Any list would have to include the good Jane Austen adaptations (they don't all qualify) and most anything Robert Duvall has been in. |
| Favorite music | Beethoven, Brahms, Mozart, Bach, Verdi, U2, Springsteen, Johnny Cash, George Jones, Stevie Ray Vaughna little pinch of bluegrass, a little pinch of blues, and bits and pieces of all kinds of other stuff. |
