| Introduction | I am born in the USA, but have been living in Denmark since I was 6 years old. I am a cook - now working at different Danish magazines; Hjemmet (The Home) a weekly family magazine with about 500.000 readers every week and Smag og behag (Taste & pleasure) - a monthly gourmet magazine and LIV (LIFE) - a womans magazine.
