Introduction My interest in Gor began at 16 when I discovered a book of fantasy artworks in a bookstore. In this book was the picture of a cover for a GOR book by Boris Vallejo. I was so excited that I immediately ordered and read the book 'Tarnsman of Gor'. My love for this world depicted grew so strong that I ordered all other books one after the other. A year later I got my first computer with an internet connection. After some surfing on the net I came across Active Worlds, a 3d world like today's Second Life, where I met a man from Texas who told me a lot about GOR and offered to train me as a slave. Jarl Timojin, deceased a few years ago, taught me not only what it means to be a kajira, but also a lot about philosophy, literature and art. I will be forever grateful to him. After my master left Active Worlds in 2005 due to health problems, I moved to Second Life, where I have been living as a Gorean ever since. My name there is uhuru Onmura.
