| Introduction | I (Donna) live in South Jersey, not all the way down the shore, but pretty close, with my high school sweetheart, hereafter known as Captain Butler! I have 2 children, Vivian (22) will graduate this June from The DePaul Theatre School, in Chicago and Wesley (19) has just moved to Brooklyn with the hope of acting on the stage. Mom (Eileen) is an artist and has a studio she has named 'The Paintbox' in rural Pennsylvania. She is a mom to 4 and Grandma to 8. My sister Laura is a mother of 2, she is the original diy-er! Her son Christopher (30) is newly wed to Jessica and her daughter Samantha (26) resides with them in their new home in Pennsylvania. At last, we live closer to each other than we have in 20+ years!! My parents taught us to try any project we were interested in and their can-do attitude really shaped our lives. The three of us are thrilled to be blogging and sharing our lives with you in this little corner of the world called 'The ScarletPetticoat' My alter ego, Scarlet is the narrator of our blog! |
