| Introduction | I have been a Student Affairs professional at UCSB for 20 years this October. I marvel daily about how lucky I am to have my job. As an assistant dean and director of Office of Student Life I get to be social, be challenged, have no day be the same, and hang out with some really cool and smart people. I am pursuing my Ed.D to continue the journey of education. It has been an interesting ride so far! |
