Introduction am on a mission. I want to find a lifestyle I can keep and still be heatlthy and a heatlthy size. The Rules: 1500 calories per day maximum 30 minutes of cardio/ 3 days week minimum 1 session (15 minute or 100 rep) exercise activity every day (in addition to the above cardio) (going for a walk, weightlifting, jumping rope/jacks, lunges, abs, etc) 1 powerade maximum per day No Pop, except for when drinking, and only diet then. Cheat: one cheat meal or snack per week is allowed. The Goals: I would like to be 160 lbs or a size 12. I am currently 210lbs and in size 18 jeans. The Plan: Count Calories Keep a food diary every day Target calories: breakfast at 100 calories, lunch at 400, and supper 600. This leaves 400 calories for snacks, powerade and an adjustment on meals if needed. Create recipes that are Chad friendly and lead to life long weight maitenence Focus on protein and vegetables.
