| Introduction | I am documenting my passion for baking and pastry making in Texas. I plan on opening my own International European style bakery with an Asian twist. I love all classic desserts from all over the world and would love to have a bakery with those types of desserts along with my own creations. I am in the process of developing new recipes and creations for my future patisserie shop. I plan on visiting Europe for a few weeks in the near future to visit their bakeries and learn the concept of classic dessert making and layouts of their bakeries, so I can bring that concept here to the states.
