| Interests | When it comes to cooking, I love dishes that are hearty, rich-tasting, calorie-laden, and intricate. I shy away from anything that can be made with less than <n> ingredients, or can be cooked in less than <n> minutes. The recipes I try sometimes span for days, and must involve at a minimum five different cooking vessels. Needless to say, I usually ended up very disappointed in the results. Because hardly any dish is truly worth all the time and effort I invest in making it. And thus, I hardly ever cook even though I love poring through recipe books and magazines. I never had enough recipe books! (Hint: if you want to get me a present, you can’t go wrong with recipe books). |
