Introduction Hi, I'm Tami. My blog has been many things, but most recently it's become a place for me to share my journey of losing 105 pounds - and hopefully keeping it off for good. My goal is to motivate and inspire others with my insights and stories, the way countless others have done for me.

This journey started when my husband joined Weight Watchers with me in April 2012. I lost 50 pounds before I started running with Couch to 5k in March 2013, and from there I lost 55 more.

I officially hit my goal and healthy BMI weight of 164 pounds on April 11, and I became a Lifetime member of Weight Watchers on May 30! Subscribe to my blog to follow along as I continue with maintenance and share the strategies that got me to where I am today.
