| Introduction | Born in 1945 (I'll let you do the "math"), family tradition has it that I was "conceived" in Fannin County Texas & born some 4 months later, in Southern California. I was reared and schooled there, before being called to active duty in 1966, Within a month of being honorably discharged in '69, I was offered a job with a prominent aerospace & defense firm; from which I retired after 30+ years in Defense Systems Program Management and Human Resources. I retired as an HR Director in 2000 and have been actively involved in the acquisition, development, syndication and disposition of residential and commercial real estate, including vacant land, for the past 15+ years. |
