Introduction	This blog starts when I took a break from the world of work in July 2010 to embark on essentially 15 months of traveling around the world. I also squeezed in a wedding during my travels :-). During that time I visited 46 countries on 5 continents. In January of 2012 my wife and I moved to Portland, OR after having lived most of my life in Nashville, TN. I now write about my experiences in Portland from time to time.
