| Introduction | I have always enjoyed baking. A few months ago I signed up for a cake decorating class at a Michael's store, but the class was cancelled before it even started! I went to the book store, got a cake decorating book and made my first cake that same weekend! I love making cakes and decorating them (I only wish I had more time to do them!).
