| Introduction | I am a Colorado native transplanted to Washington.I love being near large bodies of water as well as being able to see mountians to the east, west, north, and south. I moved up here in September 2004 to attend Mars Hill Graduate School--a small seminary that also offers a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology. I am taking my time to get through school; I want to savor it. Since I have been here, I have also been spending time learning various forms of art, including water color, acrylics, as well as doing some knitting and crocheting, like I have done all my life. I find that doing creative things like writing, drawing, painting, etc., makes my soul come alive. I enjoy creating beauty everywhere I go, and sometimes I get so overwhelmed by beauty of all kinds that I feel like I am going to burst inside! |

| Favorite Music | I grew up on hymns and classical music. I have to say I still love both, but my interests have greatly expanded. Being a pianist all my life as well as having played quite a number of other instruments makes me like to perform music as well as listen.I like "A Mighty Fortress Is Our God, " "Be Thou My Vision, " and "It Is Well With My Soul" a lot. As for classical music, I like Beethoven, Bach, Mozart, Chopin, of course. I also like the Beetles, Eric Clapton, Elton John, Billy Joel, Enya. I like praise and worship music too. |
