Here you will find all sorts of information about wine and food - education, recommendations, reviews, recipes, and information on wine and food pairings. I believe that wine is something that should give us great joy and never make us feel stressed, uncomfortable, or in the presence of snobbery. My hope is to help my readers find wines that they enjoy and to give them some guidance on effective food pairings. I also encourage my readers to try new varietals and regions on a regular basis. Most of the content on this website is written by me, but my wife is my tasting partner who has a significant contribution to all that you see here on this site.
