What To Expect During Your Knee Reconstruction Recovery

Introduction	Hi everyone! I am the knee reconstruction lady (great name, I know), and I'm here to help give you an idea of what to expect from your operation! When preparing for my second reconstruction, I realised there was very little in the way of progress blogs and the like online, so I wanted to set up a site where people could track an example recovery from a knee reconstruction. I'll post photos so you can see how the swelling goes and I'll update you on how soon I got certain aspects of my mobility back. Hopefully I can help a couple of people along the way! Just keep in mind that my recovery should only be taken as a guide - everyone will experience it a little differently. And I AM NOT A DOCTOR, AND YOU SHOULD ALWAYS FOLLOW YOUR OWN SURGEON'S ADVICE OVER MINE. :) Best of luck to you!
