| Introduction | My Parents came to the US from Cuba in 1961 and a few years later I was born in NC. I have a wonderful husband, an amazing step-daughter and the most beautiful granddaughter anyone can imagine and the best parents in the world! I also have the best dog in the world. Oh- and the best friends too! I love photography, gardening, painting, jewelry & jewelry making, music, spending time with family, reading, and enjoying nature. I love tea and I am trying to become a tea connoisseur. I am also trying to spread peace & positivity to everyone. I send daily quotes to my friends hoping that somehow it will make their day or be just what they needed to hear at that particular time. I also volunteer for several organizations and I am an advocate for children, victims of sexual & physical abuse, Fibromyalgia research, animal cruelty, and many more. I play guitar, keyboards, drums all by ear and I am hoping to record some of my mom's songs soon. I would also like to write a book one day for I think my life would make for some interesting reading-at least in the past. My life now is pretty basic & ordinary and not much to write about. |
