About me

Introduction	I live in Stoneham with my husband John. Our home is a converted barn and a great place to raise children. Our children, Lindsay, (married to Mike), Chris and Jeff played a lot of hide and seek here. They are now "adults" although I find as a parent you never quite think your kids are grown up. I taught as an aide, teacher, and director in a Head Start program for 5 years; worked at Medford High School as a teacher and director of a child care center for 6 years and now begin my 9th year at Minuteman. I am still amazed by children's curiosity, perserverance and laughter.
Interests	My faith is central to who I am and I encourage people to share their faith and spiritual traditions with their children. Reading, walking and cooking are 3 activities I would have a hard time living without. I especially like to hear people's "stories," what makes each of us who we are;that goes for children too.
