| Introduction | My name is Tina Maria Adams. I live in Nashville, TN and For as long as I can remember I have been encouraged to write, sing, cook, laugh, and to have faith in God. We had it all in our family.I was Born in Ashland, KY. The first of three girls raised by a Minister Father and a southern Momma who loved to cook. I like to say that Daddy fed us the Word & Momma fed us Biscuits & Gravy! Daily we enjoyed hefty meals of both. The B&G led to life-long obesity issues but the Word eventually led me on a Journey from food bondages to Freedom. Much like the journey Moses led the Israelites on from Egypt to The Promised Land that flowed with Milk & Honey. Now you know where my Blog name came from! I blog about how I lost 335 lbs 20 years ago and am now re-losing half of it gained after car wrecks and set backs. Welcome!
