Chef Bernz grew up in Baguio City who bought school supplies from CID Educational Supplies, who bought fabrics from Tiong San Bazaar, who bought imported ingredients from D & S Fine Foods, who went to Tea House for coffee and siopao, who drink beer with his kumpadre for 48 hours in 456, who went to see movies at Pines Theatre, who went to Gold Mine Disco at Hyatt Terraces for night outs, who think that the best chinese restaurant in town is Rosebowl Restaurant, the only grocery store he remember is Sunshine Grocery, who had his photos developed at Pines Studio who remember where the politicians meet for coffee and who know where to buy the best Sans Rival...that's about me ... |
